A full refurbishment of all 60 guest rooms including: all custom-made joinery, bathroom vanities, bedrooms, kitchens and loose furniture. A full refurbishment of the same requirements was also made to common areas of the hotel as well as ensuring loose furniture was weather proof to withstand the harsh climate of Broome.
